Missed You Darling

Did you miss me? What happened there then? I didn’t pay my hosting, I’ve been taking cash out when I get it to pay other things, rent and landlord, dentist, usual stuff. The remaining dentist bill which was 2500 lei + 900 (10,000 lei) is now down to 1000 + 900, £340 paid off. I text landlord to say can you hold on a bit longer for July’s… oops August is due as well now, it’s unlike me honest but he’s used to it. I wish I’d not lost those sales last month and house got let, this is life. **** happens.

Things are looking up, as they always do, things usually work out in the end if you work at them a bit. The house finally got let after a month vacant, £500 pcm – less this month because have to pay two weeks for finding the tenant and 10% management so that’s July’s rent paid when arrives and £300 inbound. My sites have been offline since Monday, I’ve been working on a few enquiries and playing Civilisation, I love the game, it’s war but you got to use your brain and not just press a button ten times a second to kill, I like using my brain when it lets me.

Sales? Yes, after losing around £2000 last month, I still can’t believe I lost those however I managed to shift several for small amounts, £10 and £30 here and there, about £350 in total although £130 still outstanding, one’s gone back to being a maybe, the other says he paid Wednesday. I remember writing that I contacted a few end users over domains well Septembers.co.uk has gone quiet, I don’t know why they go silent, frustrating, at least have the courtesy to end it and not leave me hanging, jilted lover? no it’s just polite.

The sales conversation for 123debt.co.uk started out at £750 this week but I got impatient so reduced and that went for £150, a bargain but it’s money in the bank and spent already. MarketChoice.co.uk? didn’t hear anything back, had some interest on LuckyYou.co.uk and LuckyUs.co.uk from one new client but he hasn’t heard back from his boss yet, meanwhile last night had an enquiry on LuckyYou.co.uk out of the blue from somewhere else, a person on behalf of a theatre production company, advised them £750 and a bargain as worth £4k to a casino so hopefully that’s a sale in the bag… be patient Lee, don’t lose it.

And that’s a wrap, Friday again. I should be off to Creamfields tonight at the seaside, which has an amazing line up but was talked into going to Massive Attack Saturday in Bucuresti at the rugby ground instead. I’m hoping that will blow my mind, I’d have preferred Creamfields but things happen for a reason and I’m going there with an open mind, the company will be good anyway and that’s what matters.

What else? Oh yes, I did a fiver with webgains from plushy.co.uk I think. A nice surprise and £24 with JackpotJoy, considering I got no rev share in July as they all won their gambling monies back, that’s welcome, perhaps they all won big and I’ll get £4000 in August like I used to… thems were the days, cross fingers. I need to look at my whole affiliate side of my business and make it generate income properly, it’s the sitting down and talking to myself brain storming, it’s not easy, I have to find the energy for that. TD finally paid Tuesday, error on their part again.

Dentist almost paid off, £200 to go then an inlay fitted – if she’ll have me after taking so long to pay (a month) – then another £200 and sorted, I’ll pay Landlord for July when my rent arrives from England next week, a few more sales and I’ll pay August rent, need to pay Nominet as well for tag use by Friday, oh boy and after a great long weekend at Mamaia in July we appear to be going to Golden Sands in Bulgaria mid August, so I need to find bani (money) for that as well. I have to learn to work more, get into affiliate marketing proper.
